The Republic of Moldova agreed, by exchange of notes, on the mutual recognition of the national vaccine certificates with Ukraine, Hungary, Georgia, Turkey, Montenegro, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Belarus, IPN reports.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, similar approaches were made through diplomatic channels to the ministries of foreign affairs of the Czech Republic, Greece, Poland, the UK, France, Russia, Ireland, Latvia, Italy, Kirgizstan, Tajikistan, Israel, Serbia, Luxemburg, Armenia, and Uzbekistan.
Also, a number of countries announced the unilateral recognition of the vaccine certificates issued by the Moldovan authorities, which comply with the standards of the World Health Organization and the European Union, namely: Bulgaria, Spain, Romania, San Marino, Estonia, Greece, Germany, Lithuania, Austria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Finland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ireland, Denmark, Serbia, France. These provisions can be yet modified depending on the epidemiological situation in the Republic of Moldova.
