Limited access to public places on August 21 and 22
On August 21 and 22, in light of the official visit of German Chancellor Angela Merkel to Moldova, certain public places in the capital will have temporarily prohibited access, reports Info-Prim Neo.
According to a communique from the City Hall, the restrictions apply to the following institutions and arteries: the Government of Moldova, within the perimeter of the Great National Assembly Square, Public “Stefan cel Mare” Garden, streets 21, 23, 24 Nicolae Iorga and 16, 18, 35 Maria Cebotari, and territories adjacent to the aforementioned.
Municipal authorities recommend drivers to abstain from driving their private vehicles on August 22, and use public transportation instead, in light of the fact that certain routes will temporarily ban traffic.
