The Party of Action and Solidarity’s candidate for mayor of Chisinau Lilian Carp together with his team aims to create conditions for the private sector so that the business entities could faster obtain permissive documents for economic activities. The streets and access ways to municipal enterprises will be repaired, Lilian Carp stated in a news conference held on Industrială St that, according to the candidate, is the heart of the economic and industrial development of Chisinau City, IPN reports.

According to the candidate, when a foreign investor comes to the Republic of Moldova, they always look at the attitude to local business entities. “If you have a bad attitude to those who pay taxes and do not create conditions for economic development, the investors will think 100 times whether to invest in Moldova or not,” stated Lilian Carp.

He reiterated that creating conditions for business entities and repairing the access ways to enterprises are priorities for the PAS. The next goal is to debureaucratize the process of issuing permissive documents to business entities for these not to wait for seven-eight months to build a production hall or to repair one. “Definitely, together we can build an economically attractive city. The business entities can create jobs if we create conditions for economic development. A city cannot develop in urbanistic terms, cannot build a school if there is no economy,” said Lilian Carp.

The candidate called on the people to go and vote for the PAS’s team on November 5 so as to ensure normality, comfort and clear rules in economic development in Chisinau.
