Leonid Bujor tendered his resignation from the post of deputy secretary general of the Government. Contacted by IPN, the former minister of education provided details about the resignation and his future plans.
“I think I worked enough at the Chancellery as an adviser to several Prime Ministers and as a secretary,” said Leonid Bujor. He voiced hope that his application will be examined in the near future, possibly in the February 3 meeting of the Cabinet.
He said he will take a break of at least one month in his professional work. He is now examining several job offers and is to choose between the university community and the NGO sector.
Leonid Bujor was named deputy secretary general of the Government in February 2015. In 2009-2011, he was minister of education and then state main adviser on education in the Leanca and Filat Cabinets.
