A number of 109 legal acts or amendments and supplements to the legislation were included in the bill to amend the Parliament Decision of July 9, 2015 that was approved by the Government. This decision refers to the legislative program for fulfilling the commitments resulting from the Association Agreement with the EU and envisions the transposition of European legislative provisions to the national legislation, IPN reports.

The Government updated this program based on the proposals submitted by the public institutions responsible for the implementation.  

“On the one hand, we continue thus to correlate the agendas of the Government and Parliament, which we hope will facilitate the planning of the process of adjusting the legislation and the achievement of results in the implementation of the Community acquis. On the other hand, we specified the implementation timeframes and the responsible authorities,” said Prime Minister Pavel Filip.

The legislative program covers the year 2016.
