Students and representatives of NGOs are invited to a conference organized by AIESEC, where they will be able to communicate with personalities working in different areas, who have a rich experience in leadership, Info-Prim Neo reports. AIESEC aims to offer the young people the possibility of talking with personalities who asserted themselves in their areas of activity. The invitees will tell about leadership and what one should do to become a true leader, the project's coordinator Eugenia Brashovschi said in a news conference on Thursday. Among the invitees are journalist Nata Albot, businessman Dan Schipor, who headed organizations with hundreds of employees, IT specialist Valy Greavu, who is considered as one of the best IT specialists in Romania, sociologist Doru Petrutsi, the head of the Marketing and Polling Institute IMAS, who believes the leadership actions have a beneficial impact on the young people's career. “Every invitee will provide guidelines and will even present models,” said Doru Petrutsi. He stated that as a sociologist he observes that many emphases in society are put on negative information. “The young generation cannot learn from successful models are they are not adequately promoted,” Doru Petrutsi said. The conference will take place on February 5. Details about invitees, reservation of tickets and agenda are available on www.ileader.md. Founded in 1948, AISEC is the world's largest student-run organization that is present in over 100 countries. In Moldova, it was launched in 1999 and has about 140 members.
