The chairman of the association "Law and Justice" Marcel Darie said the director of the Security and Intelligence Service (SIS) should tender his honorary resignation because he left the citizens "in front of crime and fraud in the election". "Now the citizens are forced to mobilize two to three times more than until now as the institutions of this state are no longer functional or are entirely corrupt and everything will depend on the citizens," the association’s head said in a news conference hosted by IPN.
Marcel Darie said that in the Republic of Moldova there are clans that work for the services of the Russian Federation. According to him, from the 1990s until 2009, there was a cooperation agreement between Moldova and Russia, under which graduates of schools and high schools attended five-year courses at the FSB (Federal Security Service) academy in the Russian Federation. After graduation, all these people came to the Republic of Moldova, joined the state institutions, especially the Security and Intelligence Service, and now hold important positions in the state. Within the Security and Intelligence Service, there is a whole clan of graduates of this academy, a clan that undermines the Republic of Moldova as a state and works for the Russian Federation,” stated Marcel Darie, noting that the largest amounts come to the security forces and the SIS worked against the state did not fulfill its obligations.
The head of "Law and Justice" said that he received hundreds of messages on Facebook, through which citizens complain about situations in which graduates of the Russian FSB employed by the SIS, together with representatives of the Interior Ministry and other law enforcement agencies, influenced the citizens' vote. Pensioners can be considered victims of psychological abuse and, respectively, "they do not represent the largest criminal group on the planet”.
