The Central Election Commission has warned that November 11 is the last day when electioneering and political campaigning are possible. No electoral propaganda or election campaign covering is allowed on Election Day and the day before this day, IPN reports.

According to the Commission, the electoral competitors cannot appear in TV or radio programs and cannot transfer money to or withdraw financial resources from the Electoral Fund.

Also, dissemination of electoral propaganda on the mentioned days by the mass media, election runners and private indoviduals is an administrative offense that is punished with a fine of 500 to 1,000 lei in the case of private individuals and of 2,000 to 2,500 lei in the case of electoral competitors.
