The border crossing point Larga-Kelmentsy was closed until 4:40pm, IPN reports, quoting the Border Police.

The participants in transfrontier traffic, who planned to cross the border through this checkpoint, are warned to use the services of the neighboring border crossing points Briceni-Rossoshany and Medveja-Zelionaya.

At about 2pm, employees of the Larga border crossing point were informed by phone by their colleagues from Ukraine that the Kelmentsy point was disconnected from the power supply in connection with planned works on the networks.
