LADOM recruits observes for elections

The League for the Defense of Human Rights (LADOM – Rom.) announces it recruits Moldovan independent observers for the snap elections of July 29. They will observe each polling station in order to prevent fraud, Info-Prim Neo learns from a communique issued by the NGO. An applicant must be at least 18 years of age, a Moldovan citizen and politically non-affiliated. An observer must be able to fulfill civic activities and work in accordance to the Election Code and to the European Principles on Free and Fair Elections. The observers act as volunteers, but LADOM ensures their meals and transportation expenditures on the election day. More information can be found on www.ladom.org.md.
