The leader of Tiraspol, Vadim Krasnoselski, traveled to Moscow to request the resumption of gas supplies for the Transnistrian region. Accompanying him were Sergey Obolonik, the so-called Minister of Economic Development, responsible for the energy crisis dossier, and a third individual whose identity remains unknown, according to IPN news agency sources.

The Tiraspol delegation departed for Moscow via Istanbul from Chișinău International Airport on the morning of January 10, around 8:00 and returned today, January 14.
