Constituency No.12: Sângerei, Florești includes a part of Sângerei town and another 18 localities of Sângerei district and six localities of Florești district. The electors there will vote at polling places No. 12/1-12/59. The candidate who wins the largest number of votes in a single-member constituency, regardless of the voter turnout, becomes the winner.
The Democratic Party’s candidate Gheorghe Brashovski, a master of public administration and an agronomist, is the first on the list of candidates. He is the mayor of Sângerei town and recently became a member of Parliament as a substitute candidate on the Democratic Party’s list. For January 1, 2017 - December 26, 2018, the candidate and his wife declared over 450,000 lei salary revenues and over 11,000 lei from leasing out farmland. The family owns 11 pieces of land, two apartments and two units of transport. Gheorghe Brashovski owns a 100% holding in SRL “Konstnordagro” that sells agricultural products and live animals wholesale.
The Party of Socialists’ candidate Vasile Luca, a mechanic-constructor by profession. He is the director of the goods carrier SRL “Virtim-Lux”. For January 1, 2017 - December 26, 2018, the candidate and his wife declared over 50,000 lei salary. The candidate also obtained over 68,000 lei rental and 1,1500 lei allowances. His family owns three pieces of land, a house, commercial areas and seven units of transport.
The third place is taken by the Shor Party’s candidate Igor Țîbîrnă, an economist by profession. He heads the Sângerei local organization of the Shor Party. For January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, the candidate declared almost 16,000 lei revenues. He owns a number of pieces of land, a car, two homes, a garage and other properties.
The Party of Communists’ candidate Viorel Neaga, an economist and a master of political sciences, is under No. 4. The 29-year-old candidate is the commercial director of SRL “Constilcard”. For January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, he and his wife declared over 343,000 lei salary and more than 27,000 lei allowances. The candidate owns a car.
The fifth place is taken by the candidate of the electoral bloc ACUM Platform DA and PAS, political analyst Oazu Nantoi, programs director of the Institute for Public Policy, who is an engineer-electrician by profession. The ex-MP in 2015 ran for the mayoralty of Chisinau. For January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, he and his wife declared over 564,000 lei salary and interest on deposits. The family also earned over 205,000 lei from other sources and owns a piece of land, three apartments and two cars.
Independent candidate Ion Roșca, a teacher by profession, is under No. 6. He heads the District Methodological Center of the Sângerei Education Division. For January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, the candidate declared over 198,000 lei salary, more than 31,000 lei earned from teaching, scientific and creation activities and 9,000 lei from other sources. The candidate owns an apartment.
