The Republic of Moldova can boast of the best fiscal conditions for business entities in the region, suspended minister of economy and infrastructure Kiril Gaburici stated in the program “Reply” on Prime TV channel. According to him, this thing should be made known so as to attract foreign investors, IPN reports.

According to the minister, communication with business entities so as to clearly understand the problems faced by these and to solve them is the most important aspect. “This shows the Government’s openness and the wish to create good working conditions,” stated Kiril Gaburici.

He also said that the foreign investors, when they want to enter the Moldovan market, examine a number of aspects, such as the presence of labor force and the existence of a market where they could sell their products. “Evidently, there are also a series of criteria, such as infrastructure. It is important for the product to reach point B from point A. It is important to ensure direct access to the customs services, if the products go abroad,” noted the official.

As to the project “Good Roads 2”, the minister said almost all the applications from the local public authorities were received and the repair works for this year are being planned. “We are analyzing each portion at the scene and design the project. The works are in full swing,” noted the official.

Kiril Gaburici said this year they aim to build by at least 4-5 km of roads in each village. “We will devote attention to the crosswalks, especially near schools and kindergartens. We also aim to combine road building with street lighting,” he stated.
