Kiosks in Chisinau started to be taken away

The district head’s offices began to remove the kiosks set up on the streets of Chisinau. Nine kiosks that weren’t working were taken away last week and several dozen more kiosks will have the same fate, Info-Prim Neo reports. The measures were taken after the mayor of Chisinau asked that the kiosks that do not work or do not meet the legal norms should be taken away. Five of the removed kiosks were situated in Botanica district. The district’s head Vladimir Guritsenko said there were identified another 45 booths that will be dismantled. Three kiosks were taken apart in Rascani district and ten more will be removed, according to the district’s head Mihail Carlig. Five booths do not work in Ciocana district as their authorizations expired. The district’s head Galina Bostan said they will be taken away by this weekend. Twenty kiosks will be removed in Buiucani district. Those located on Calea Iesilor St will be the first to be dismantled.
