The kindergartens of the municipality of Chisinau can reopen the groups intended for children aged between 2 and 4, who attended the education institution before its closure owing to the pandemic, as the municipal extraordinary public health commission decided.
The commission also decided to maintain the red alert based on the indicators of the SARS-CoV-2 transmission risks, IPN reports.
The same decision provides the fifth-twelfth graders are obliged to wear protective face masks inside and on the territory of general secondary education institutions, including at lessons. Mask wearing is also mandatory for students of technical vocational education institutions, including at lessons, and for the employees of education institutions and other persons who can enter these institutions.
The commission banned the organization of events in closed places with the involvement of more than 50 persons. At events involving more than 50 persons, the public health measures must be strictly observed.
All the sports events and activities staged in the municipality of Chisinau will be held without supporters and spectators.
The commission rejected the requests of enterprises and business entities to allow resuming the recreational activities, reopening nightclubs, etc.
