After an overall summerly start this week, the weather will get rainy by Wednesday, when showers and intermittent thunderstorms are predicted throughout the country. The rainy weather will stay around for a while, as temperatures will also drop slightly.
Ala Bârsa, meteorologist at the State Weather Service, has told IPN that on Thursday more showers are expected mostly in the northern and central parts of the country, as highs will range from 14C to 19C. On Friday and Saturday, showers will prevail in the north, while daytime temperatures will rebound to 15-23C.
On Sunday and on Monday, showers will migrate towards the central part of the country, and on Tuesday rains will again spread across Moldova, as daytime temperatures are expected to drop to 11-16C.
