Justice Minister revokes court enforcement officer's license

Justice Minister Oleg Efrim on Wednesday has withdrawn the license of the court enforcement officer Anatolie Chihai following a complaint from the Chisinau Electrical Transport Company.
The license was revoked at the request of the Disciplinary Board of Court Enforcement Officers, which found that Chihai had committed serious violations of procedures in enforcing court orders.
In January 2012, Chihai already lost his license for his alleged involvement in an unlawful transfer of Banca de Economii shares, but he managed to get it back through court.
This time, the Disciplinary Board was notified by Gheorghe Morgoci, the director of the Chisinau Electrical Transport Company, who accused Chihai of refusing to comply with an irreversible order of the Chisinau Court of Appeals and unfreeze the Company's assets and accounts in good time, causing damages of 360,000 lei to the Company.
