January 15 will be a day when we will celebrate not only a great bard, but also a special day of the national culture, when different cultural activities will take place,” stated Lib-Dem Maria Ciobanu. Another member of the Liberal-Democratic group Ghenadie Ciobanu said that Moldova has a National Wine Day and should also have a Culture Day and the birth day of Mihai Eminescu is the most suitable day for such a holiday.
