The candidate for the office of President of the European People’s Party of Modova Iurie Leanca said that today it will be decided if Moldova becomes a European state. At the polling place where he cast his ballot paper, Iurie Leanca said the path to the West, to the European Union, is the only development path for the Republic of Moldova, IPN reports.

The politician told the press that during 25 years Moldova oscillated between the East and the West because there were all kinds of personages who told manipulating stories. But welfare, prosperity and support for reforms and for fighting appropriation actually come from the West.

Iurie Leanca called upon the people to vote in elections, especially the young people, because their future is decided today.
