The Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of Moldova could benefit from assistance for developing export capacities. The issue was discussed in a meeting of experts of the Moldova Investment Attraction and Export Promotion Organization (MIEPO) and the Chief of the International Trade Centre (ITC) Office for Eastern Europe Elena Boutrimova, IPN reports.
ITC provides assistance in producing value added goods in accordance with the requirements on the EU and international markets and in improving specific sector services and supports the SMEs on newly penetrated markets, especially the EU market.
The MIEPO is to identify the beneficiary sectors and to generalize the forms of assistance that the ITC could offer to increase the competitiveness of the Moldovan SMEs on foreign markets.
