IT simplifies enterprise registration procedure
The authorities have declared that the registration procedure of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at the National Registration Chamber (NRC) would be simplified; right after the Government had approved legislative amendments for the expansion of the “one stop shop” at registration, Info-Prim Neo Reports.
“Presently, for example, when registering some economic agents such as associations and industrial-financial groups, the notification of the National Agency for the Protection of Competition is required. When registering no-state pension funds and insurance companies the notification of the National Commission of the Financial Market is required; and when registering educational or medico-sanitary institutions, the notifications of their according ministries.
Once the access of the aforementioned authorities to the electronic version of the State Registry is assured, the necessity for notifications will disappear, and in the case of maintaining notifications, these will be obtained by the NRC in electronic format from the respective authorities, without making the economic agents go from one court to the other and waste time”, has declared Oleg Efrim, Minister of Justice.
NRR sets an identification number – IDNO which also serves as a fiscal code, when registering legal entities and private entrepreneurs. The public authorities can access the electronic format of the State Registry and identify and also access online data pertaining to the registered entity, making the physical registration certificate redundant.
The Ministry of Justice has also added that the reintroduction of the State Registry’s electronic format will boost the transparency of the information regarding the economic agents, conforming to the European standards for the business environment. Concurrently, the information will be completed by new data that will be made public. Among these are: the data regarding the restrictions of both legal courts and other competent bodies; regarding pledging part of the social capital of the enterprises, the change of the founders’ names or any other changes that occur.
