It gets easier to operate on e-communications market
Those willing to operate on the market of e-communication networks and services will enjoy easier authorization terms, in addition to an updated nomenclature of networks and services and simplified template notification statements, the National ICT Regulatory Agency said in a press release.
The new terms are set out in the updated version of the Regulation on e-communications licensing and general authorization, which took effect upon publication in the Official Gazette on February 4.
Activities subject to general authorization include provision of e-communication networks and public services, whereas the utilization of the state's limited resources (radio channels/frequencies and numbering resources) represent activities subject to licensing.
