IT application to collect opinions about quality of public services

IT specialists are to develop an application that will enable to collect opinions from people about the quality of public services. The team that will provide the best solution will get US$10,000 from UNDP Moldova for developing and implementing the application. Initially, the instrument will be tested at local offices of the National House of Social Insurance and will be later introduced at other institutions, IPN reports, with reference to the Government’s press service.

“The application will help identify the problems that need to be addressed to improve the quality of public services and assess the steps taken by the public institutions to modernize the provided services,,” said deputy secretary general of the Government of the Republic of Moldova Valentin Guznac.

The prototype of the instrument will be ready in two weeks, while the application will be launched in November 2017.
