The Government of Israel decided to extend the general quarantine by another ten days, until January 31, 2021, midnight. The citizens who want to enter Israel should provide a PCR test certificate with the negative result for COVID-19, IPN reports.
Moldova’s Embassy in Israel said the test for COVID-19 should be done 72 hours before departure. As an alternative, there can be presented a vaccination certificate or a certificate concerning treatment for the novel coronavirus issued by the Ministry of Health of the country of origin.
The procedure applies to passengers who arrive in Israel and who had been outside the country for over 72 countries, except for the special permits that will be approved individually.
According to the Embassy, the decision takes effect at midnight on January 23, 2021.
