IPP looks for ad makers
The Public Policy Institute (IPP) is looking to hire an agency and/or a freelance professional to produce a television advertisement and a radio spot for electoral education purposes, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The ads, approximately 30 seconds in duration each, must inform the population of the exit polls to be conducted on Election Day and also contain a simulation of the polling process.
The applications should include the general description of the agency or the resume of the freelance professional; a budget detailing the costs and the fee requested; an original idea or a script for the ads.
Broadcasters shall add to the application a schedule when the spots will be aired and the fee for broadcasting them. Priority will be given to those broadcasters that will present a comprehensive offer for social cooperation in promoting the exit polls.
The applications must come in a sealed envelope with the name of the applicant. Submissions will be accepted through March 9, 5:00 PM, at IPP's address: #16/1 Pushkin Street, Chisinau. The applications will be examined on March 10.
