The PSRM candidate for the capital's mayoralty, Ion Ceban, argues that, together with the group from the Chisinau Municipal Council, he has succeeded in implementing several social and infrastructure projects that he promised to the citizens. According to him, even though the PSRM was in opposition, he managed to convince his colleagues that these areas and projects deserved attention, IPN reports.

According to Ion Ceban, the fountain in the Valea Trandafirilor Park was part of the PSRM development plan. "It's a project I've worked on since 2017." He says two other fountains in this park are currently being designed. In one year, 250 children's playgrounds were installed. Ten stadiums and 150 sports fields were built in the courtyards of residential blocks.

Ion Ceban also says that the number of beneficiaries of public transport facilities has increased. Today 7700 people can benefit from support in this regard. "Likewise, the number of those who benefit from other facilities and compensations has increased, starting with the cold season of the year and ending with mothers who give birth to their third child," said Ion Ceban.

Another project, says Ion Ceban, is the rehabilitation of green areas in Chisinau. Thus, during the year, works have been carried out in several parks and squares. "As councillor I have achieved a lot, as mayor I will succeed in every endeavour," said the candidate.

Ion Ceban will present his electoral program for Chisinau next week.
