No candidate from the seven admitted passed the interview test in the contest for the position of director of the National Penitentiary Administration (ANP), and the contest was suspended, IPN reports.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Justice, none of the candidates participating in the contest obtained the minimum score of 6, necessary to pass the interview test.
The Ministry mentions that the contest is suspended until the rectification of several outdated provisions in the Regulation on the organization of the contest, which have been detected in the process.
7 candidates out of 15 who had previously taken the written test were admitted to the interview.
The ANP head position became vacant on November 16, 2018, after director Aureliu Sugan resigned. Then ANP announced that the resignation was due to the expiration of term of office.
