This is the conclusion reached by representatives of the State Guard Direction and of the Emergency Service and sector police inspectors following a checkup carried out in the months of May and June this year, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the police, after examining the security systems, they tracked a series of faults, frequent being especially the violations related to the precarious endowment with technical guarding means, of even lacking those. Also, as was shown by the latest attack on an exchange office in Chisinau, the felony was possible including because of adequate management of human resources, who are not duly trained, the report finds. In the police’s opinion, up to now, no training courses have been organized to model such situations and would the applicant for the job of office clerk to react promptly in real conditions.
