A heavily drunk 49-year-old man was found sleeping in a puddle near a leaking pipe in a basement on the Chisinau street Columna. The Chisinau Ambulance Service on December 29 provided medical assistance in 705 emergencies, including 72 cases of acute viral infection, four strokes and 22 deliveries.
