Independence Day parade will only be held if all participants are vaccinated

The traditional Independence Day military parade on August 27 will only take place if all participants are inoculated against Covid. This was announced by Minister of Health Ala Nemerenco during a press briefing after the meeting of the Extraordinary Commission on Public Health.

The Commission also recommends limiting attendance. Guests must comply with the coronavirus restrictions in place, including keeping a minimum distance of 1 meter and wearing protective masks.

Also, Independence Day organizers are recommended to limit the duration of festivities to no later than 5:00PM, in addition to observing all protection measures such as wearing masks even for open air festivities.
