In Moldova there are 3.2m people eligible to vote

The Central Election Commission (CEC) said there are 3 226 446 people with the right to vote in Moldova, according to the State Register of Voters. A number of 211 329 people living in the territorial-administrative units that are temporarily outside the sovereign control of the Moldovan constitutional authorities and 171 052 people who are citizens of Moldova with the right to vote, but do not have domicile or place of residence stated officially, were included in this register for the first time, IPN reports.

In a communiqué, the CEC says the basic voter rolls with 2 844 065 voters have been distributed to the local public authorities and the inferior electoral bodies for the November 30 parliamentary elections.

According to the State Register of Voters, 36% of the people with the right to vote are aged between 18 and 35, 27% are aged between 35 and 50, 32% are aged between 50 and 75, while 5% are aged between 75 and 100. In Moldova there are 502 persons eligible to vote who are older than 100 years. As many as 184 000 people reached 18 after the local elections of 2011 and will be able to vote for the first time this year.

The CEC announced that 3 112 460 ballots will be printed for the November 30 elections.
