The slight decrease in the number of cases of pandemic influenza A(H1N1) in the middle of last week was misleading. The number of such cases from Friday morning until Monday morning rose by 250, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the National Scientific Practical Center of Preventive Medicine, 2,819 suspect pandemic flu cases have been recorded in Moldova by Monday morning. In 21 of these cases, the blood samples were being tested. The virus was detected in 1,410 cases of the 2,798 examined. Eight persons have died from pandemic influenza in Moldova so far.
