Ex-striker of the national football team of Moldova Igor Pikushchyak was named the main coach of the Under-21 football team of Krasnodar, Russia, IPN reports.
He replaced Murad Musayev, who was appointed acting coach at the main team. Pikushchyak will make his debut on April 7 in Saint-Petersburg, where Krasnodar, who is a leader of theU-21 championship, plays Zenit.
Igor Pikushchyak ended his carrier of player two years ago. He is 35 and played 22 matches for the national football team of Moldova for which he scored three goals.
