Igor Grosu: State institutions are obliged to make sure vote is not stolen

The president of the Party of Action and Solidarity Igor Grosu called on the citizens to wait for the election results calmly and patiently. The state institutions are obliged to make sure the vote is not stolen as the opponents will try to cheat in the vote count, the politician stated after the closure of polling stations, IPN reports.

Igor Grosu thanked all the voters in Chisinau and in other parts of the county and the Moldovans abroad for casting their ballots. Despite the lies, over 1.466 million Moldovans voted, with over 200,000 citizens marking their choice abroad, he stated.

“We saw a dirty campaign, organized transportation and corruption of voters. Nevertheless, most of the voters were for a better future,” stated Igor Grosu.
