The parliamentary group of the Socialists on March 16 will announce their decision whether they will vote for presidential candidate Nicolae Timofti or not, Info-Prim Neo reports. ”The party empowered me to make this decision public tomorrow, from the Parliament’s rostrum, before the voting as it will be more correct this way. This was the opinion of the party members,” the leader of the Party of Socialists Igor Dodon told the journalists after the meeting of the party’s National Committee. On March 15, Igor Dodon met once again with Nicolae Timofti, with whom he discussed ten elements that form part of the statehood test. “You will see tomorrow if he passed this test or not,” he stated. On March 16, the lawmakers will try again to elect the President of Moldova.
