“I saw that you want to carry out exit polls on Sunday. Dear people, what kind of exit polls by the phone? What is this aberration? Everywhere in the world, the exit polls are conducted at the polling station,” said President Igor Dodon, who runs for a new term in office. He called on the political opponents and also on the development partners not to fuel such things.
“I don’t think someone needs destabilization in the Republic of Moldova, in this region. It’s enough with the destabilization. That’s why, dear partners, those who finance by grants those who intend to cause destabilization now, I ask you a lot not to become involved in the internal affairs of the Republic of Moldova, neither from the East, nor from the West,” the candidate stated in the program “Igor Dodon responds”.
He warns his opponents not to urge the people to protest as the peaceful protests can degenerate into destabilization. He also said that the resistance could be used as a façade for taking the people to the streets and for taking revenge for the oligarchs who fled the country.
