Igor Dodon, Ion Ceban and Vlad Batrîncea leave for Moscow today

President Igor Dodon said he will go to Moscow on December 24, together with the mayor general of Chisinau Ion Ceban and Deputy Speaker of Parliament Vladimir Batrîncea. He provided details in a special edition on the public TV channel Moldova 1, IPN reports.

“Mister Ceban goes with me as part of the delegation to the Russian Federation. We will have a number of meetings there. Mister Ceban is a member of the delegation even if he is not a member of the party. He is no longer a member of the party, but is part of the team,” stated Igor Dodon.

He voiced hope that the mayor general of Chisinau municipality will continue to be near the party. “I hope he will also attend the congress. We together built this team. Vlad Batrîncea also forms part of the delegation”.

According to Igor Dodon, while in Moscow the delegation he heads will have official meetings with the Chairman of the State Duma, with Dmitry Kozak and with the leaders of the parties with which the Party of Socialists signed agreements.

In the same connection, Igor Dodon noted they will also have unofficial meetings about which they cannot speak officially.
