If women had taken part in negotiations, situation would have been different, Liberal MP
Liberal lawmaker Ana Gutu considers that the failure of the talks on the formation of a government coalition is also due to the fact that the women had not been engaged in them, Info-Prim Neo reports.
In a televised program, Ana Gutu said that if women had taken part in the negotiations that lasted for a month, the situation would have been different.
Democrat MP Igor Corman replied that the party he represents can achieve constructive results without the women being involved in the talks.
During the bilateral and trilateral consultations between the parties that entered Parliament, the only woman who took part in them was the Communist lawmaker Zinaida Greceanyi. She several times had participated in the talks with the leaders of the PDM.
In the first sitting of the legislative body on December 28, the newly constituted parliamentary groups did not announce the formation of a government coalition. The election of the Head of Parliament was postponed until December 30.
