The Public Services Agency announced an extended working program for issuing IDs and civil status documents at 12 multifunctional centers. Starting with March, the multifunctional centers in the municipalities of Chisinau and Bălți and those in the districts of Anenii Noi, Căușeni, Ștefan-Vodă, Hâncești, Ialoveni and Cahul will work from Monday through Saturday, between 7:30am and 7:00pm, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the Agency.

Services are provided based on appointments made beforehand through the website of the Public Services Agency or its Call Center (14 909). In the absence of appointments, the applicants are served at the local subdivisions within possibilities. Priority is given to the citizens who ask for services in an emergency regime.
