The nine-year-old boy who was found wandering in Chisinau was identified. He is from Hulboaca village of Chisinau municipality.

Contacted by IPN, head of the press service of the Chisinau Police Division Adrian Jovmir said the boy’s mother suffers from mental disorders. The child also seems to have deficiencies. The social worker of Hulboaca and employees of the placement center where the child lives on a temporary basis are considering if the boy can return into the family.

The child has no other relatives than his mother.
