Iasi to host joint meeting of Governments of Moldova and Romania

The joint meeting of the Governments of Moldova and Romania will take place in Iasi at the beginning of March, Prime Minister Vlad Filat announced after having a telephone discussion with his Romanian counterpart Mihai Razvan Ungureanu, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Vlad Filat instructed the ministers to review the problems existing in different cooperation areas and to submit proposals for resolving them.
While in Chisinau on a visit at the end of January, Romanian Foreign Minister Cristian Diaconescu said the joint meeting of the executives of the two countries will be preceded by a preparatory meeting where substance will be given to the new political projects.
Cristian Diaconescu also said that the meeting will be a signal of seriousness and substance in the special relations between Romania and Moldova.
