The chairman of the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM) Marian Lupu said
he should be flattered by the appraisals made by heavyweights of the
Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM) about the ‘dual language’ used by him,
Info-Prim Neo reports.
“I should be flattered when incomparable masters of manipulation,
populism and misinformation make such statements. I should take them as
special compliments. Ten persons took part in that meeting. You can ask
them what was discussed there. My viewpoint remains unchanged. We
experience a serious problem as regards the economic and financial
security of the state. It should not be histerized and politicized, but
examined in a professional and competent manner,” the Democrat leader
told the press.
Marian Lupu also said that on September 9 he will call a meeting with
representatives of the law enforcement bodies to discuss the present
situation.
Earlier, the PLDM expressed its dissatisfaction with the fact that
Marian Lupu told the press that the September 6 meeting of the Council
of the Alliance for European Integration did not discuss the necessity
of calling an extraordinary sitting of the legislature to address the
raider attacks.
