The chairman of the ACUM, DA Platform parliamentary group, Alexandru Slusari, regrets "the divisiveness of the ACUM bloc in the Chisinau Municipal Council". According to the deputy, the situation from the Parliament repeats itself, and then this harmed the common cause, IPN reports.
"The DA platform has done everything possible to preserve unity then and now as well. But this is probably the strategy of our colleagues from PAS. I took note of their position”, mentions Alexandr Slusari in a Facebook post.
Although they participated in the local elections together, within the ACUM Bloc, the Dignity and Truth Platform Political Party and the Action and Solidarity Party formed distinct groups in the CMC. The ACUM, DA Platform group has ten councillors. The chair is Andrei Năstase. The PAS group has nine councillors, and the chair is Vasile Grădinaru.
After the parliamentary elections of February 2019, the ACUM Bloc also formed two groups in the Parliament - the ACUM, DA Platform Group and the PAS Group, ACUM Bloc.
