Hungarian Speaker to visit Moldova in late March

President of the National Assembly of Hungary Katalin Szili will pay an official visit to Moldova, from 29 to 30 March. According to the Press Service of Chisinau Parliament, the visit agenda includes meetings of the Hungarian Speaker with his Moldovan counterpart, Marian Lupu, the head of state and the Prime Minister of Moldova. Also, the Hungarian official will meet with the members of the parliamentary committee for Foreign Policy and European Integration, the Hungarian contingent of the EU Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine. Katalin Szili will be accompanied by Imre Czinege, the head of the Moldova-Hungary Friendship Group, László Madi, member of the Friendship Group, representatives of “Palmavik KFT” Company. Hungary will coordinate the Common Visa Application Centre, which will officially open at the Hungarian Embassy in Chisinau, on April 25. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary and Franco Frattini, vice president of the European Commission will participate in the event.
