The young specialists with higher university and postgraduate education, who are assigned jobs in rural budget-funded institutions, will be transferred the state-owned homes in which they live under their ownership free of charge.
The Government adopted a relevant decision in its September 17 meeting. The decision refers to 24 public property houses managed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, IPN reports.
Under a previous decision, these houses were leased out to young specialists for a period of five years by contest. The houses are 54 to 157 square meters in area. The biggest homes were given to specialists whose families are larger.
