The residents of Chisinau municipality will not be supplied with hot water from July 8 until August 8 as the piping system will be under repair in the period, Info-Prim Neo reports. In the June 11 ordinary meeting of Chisinau City Hall officials, SA Termocom director general Mihail Cernei said the hot water supply is disconnected every year in order to improve the state of the water pipes. Mihail Cernei said that the payments for hot water now constitute 77%, up 10% compared with last year. Anyway, the situation is difficult as the debts for non-metered hot water total 44 million lei. Last year, the hot water supply in the municipality of Chisinau had been disconnected between July 19 and August 19.
