Hot water supply and new doors installed at Chinisheuts boarding school within U.S. project
Three outer doors have been replaced and 510 m hot water pipeline have been installed at the Boarding School for Children with Psychoneurological Diseases in Chinisheuts village of Rezina district within the United States Department of State’s Small Reconstruction Project – Installation of New Doors and Hot Water Supply. At the same time, sanitary facilities have been repaired and refurbished with 39 new hot water taps.
The project was made possible through a $12,000 grant from the U.S. Government and was implemented by Counterpart International within its Community and Humanitarian Assistance Program in Moldova, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a press release from Counterpart International.
The boarding school itself contributed with manpower, tools and a part of building materials and provided lodging and boarding for all the workers involved in the implementation of the project for the entire period of the works.
