The Transoil holding managed by Vaja Jhashi protests at the appearance of reports “that are untrue and that cause image damage to the owner”. The company reacted after President Igor Dodon announced that Vaja Jhashi is the second person who has a double identity in Moldova, IPN reports.

“It is surprising that the information is perceived as truthful even if no relevant evidence, no official paper, passport or any other document was provided. The position of some of the politicians is also surprising as these, by their statements with undertones, suggest that this information is accurate,” the company said in a press release.

“Transoil and the owner of the holding declare they will not allow to be involved in dirty games that pursue unclear goals. Also, we will not allow attacks on the image of the holing and its leader and will take all the legal measures to defend our honor and reputation,” runs the press release.
