The highest Internet connection speed in Moldova, provided by the national telecoms carrier Moldtelecom, has been tested within the second Expert Innovations Studio. The participants in the event were able to familiarize themselves with the communications technology of the future – the 100G network - and to see its benefits in practice. They found out the technical parameters needed to reach the speed of 1 Gbps, IPN reports.

According to a communiqué of the carrier, Safe Web and Cloud M were another two recently launched services presented by Moldtelecom. With Safe Web, the parents can now don’t worry about the websites accessed by the children. Safe Web ensures the safety of navigating trough the Internet and protects users from dangerous content.

As to Cloud M, the participants found out that this is a local alternative to Google Drive for example, which allows saving any kind of information (photos, videos, music, texts, etc) on a secured server of Moldtelecom. This information can be accessed very rapidly and simply from any device and distributed through social networking sites and email.

In the second part of the event, the shop chain Expert presented the new Smartphone of the company from Cupertino – Iphone 6 and Iphone 6+. The participants inquired when the new Iphone will be sold in Moldova and at wheat price and wanted to find out more details about the novelties of Ipone 6 and Iphone 6+ and if they are worth the money.

The Expert Innovations Studio is a unique project in Moldova launched by the shop chain Expert and Moldtelecom. The project is held regularly. Within it, all those fond of ICT innovations can familiarize themselves with the newest intelligent devices and services in the field.
