The Public Services Agency said it initiated the process of modernizing the electronic system for registering for taking driving tests. It intends to improve the registration services and to prevent cases of illegal registration, IPN reports.

Starting with May 24, a new registration platform has been piloted at the vehicle registration and driver qualification sections in Criuleni town. According to the Public Services Agency, the modernized registration platform will ensure the improvement and optimization of the process of registering for taking the driving test and obtaining the driver’s license and will increase the security level of the appointment scheduling process.

The Agency warns that the prior and urgent registration for taking theory and practice tests is possible only through its resources – online through www.asp.gov.md, by phone on the contact numbers of the local vehicle registration and driver qualification subdivisions or directly at the office, as well as through the Call Center 14909.
